Catch the Tokyo Metro to Akasaka-Mitsuke station. Turn right when you get to the top of the escalator (Where the BIC Camera Store is) into the narrow street. You will see a "Ginza Cozy Corner" Cafe immediately ahead of you - just go left and you'll see the same things from around 10PM ...
